What if Spacestation Gaming Were to Enter Formula One?
Established in 2017, Spacestation Gaming (SSG) are a E-Sport organisation, who are current World Champions in Rainbow Six Siege, a FPS game by Ubisoft. SSG have teams in Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, Overwatch, Halo, Apex Legends and Brawl Stars. Scroll down to see my SSG F1 livery design.
Design Inspiration
This design is inspired by SSG’s 2021-22 Rocket League Championship Series car decal. I really like the black and yellow colour scheme that SSG have so thought it was a must to use it here. If SSG were to have a one off special livery, I’d like to see white as the primary and black as the secondary, mirroring the 2021 RLCS alternative decals.
For this livery design I used a mix of sponsors, including SSG’s partners, Skullcandy, Scuf and Oats Over Night, as well as Rocket League, Pirelli and myself (Lights Out).
The livery is created using the Race Sim Studio 2023 Formula Hybrid car model.
What Would I Change Next Time?
Although I really like this design, if I were to re-do it I would make the yellow more prominent and distinctive, akin to the 2020 Renault.
